Send a club

Use this form for a club, a recurring tournament, a hall or a shop in Sofia or nearby that the guide does not yet list, or for a card line that is wrong.

A link does most of the work: the club’s page, a tournament entry, a dated post. Messages are read together at the next revision, compared with that page, and every change that follows is dated in the revision history.

What is your message about?

A club or place that is missing

A mistake on a card

Which card

Name of the club, event or hall

What should change?A new place: what is played there, and when. A mistake: the line of the card that is wrong.

The right information

A page that shows itThe address of a web page, a tournament entry on chess-results.com or a public post where it can be seen.

How do you know this place?

Your nameUsed only to know who wrote; it never appears on the site.

Email address

Other contactA phone number or a Viber or Telegram handle, if you prefer it to email.

Please leave at least one way to reach you, by email or otherwise. It stays private and is used only if you ask for a reply.

What happens to your message is explained in the privacy notice.

After you send it

Your message waits with the others until the next revision of the guide.
It is then compared with the club’s or organiser’s own pages; if they confirm it, the card changes and the change is dated.
Without a page that backs it up, the card stays as it is and keeps its “not confirmed” line.
You get an answer only when you ask for one and leave a contact.
